The idea that drives our business model had its early start in 1999.

J & C Services got its early start in 1999 when the owner was working on our business model that would become who we are today . We were incorporated in 2013 as a LLC. We grew as the years went by in knowledge and experience. Providing support services as a small company to all sorts of businesses.

Let us share some experiences of ours through the years that demonstrate what we can put to work for you. We started in the small town of Rolla, North Dakota working at a computer shop. The owner of J & C Services LLC got his early start selling computers, printers, cellphones and car starters. Then he install and set up all that he sold.  It was not long after things slowed down in the company he worked for he went on his own. When James Gustafson started his first company in his experience he learned much about what works with regards to IT and what don’t. He had great experiences that would latter prove invaluable in the start of J & C Services LLC. We did all sorts of projects while learning what customers really wanted. We worked on specialized Medical equipment at hospitals. We set up new movie rental POS or Point of Sale Systems for a movie rental and gas stations. We set up a new POS and shop management system for an Ag parts and sales store. We then moved in 2005 to Minot North Dakota where James the owner furthered his experience and education setting up large wireless systems for schools and other companies. Also he worked with setting up workstation and servers and maintaining networks, email server, and Active-directory environments. James took a two year online class geared toward  computer repair and  network engineering.  This two year online class was accredited through DeVry University. James also took specialized training for repairing of computers  and network technology that was accredited through Minot State University. James furthered pursued his training and has successfully passed many Microsoft Certification tests  as well as some specialized Cisco tests. James has received his A+ Certified Certificate in 2003 which prepares him and certifies that he has the skills needed to provide professional repair and support on work stations. He earned his Network+ Certified Certificate in 2005 which certifies that he has the skills needed to provide Professional support in a network environment. He latter successfully passed several Microsoft tests in 2007, 2008 and 2009 in which he earned a Microsoft Certified Professional Certification. James also has successfully passed many Microsoft Server support tests in 2010 , 2011 and 2015 that certify that he has the skills needed to set up and maintain Microsoft Networks. He later worked with larger oil companies and designed and set up whole networks from the ground up. This included design and set up of the IT room. Large APC battery backups, server Racks and InRow cooling systems. Designing the network cabling and security system as well as the door access system. Which allows you to use a smart card for an ID and then to get into a door access system and then to authenticate into your computer. He secured maintained and built in part or in full the Websites and domains for these companies. Set up and maintain Exchange emails servers, SQL Servers, Virtual Servers and point to point wireless and backup systems. He became incorporated in 2013 and now has many companies that he provides support to. These include Law Firms, Oil Companies, Trans loading facilities, Construction Facilities and Housing Authorities. We plan on adding many new certifications this year to help keep the company up to date on the ever changing Information Technology industry. In 2014 James was accepted into the North Dakota Info-Gard. An organization responsible for keeping our companies safe from Cyber Threats. In 2015 we secured many authorized reseller partnerships with Barracuda, APC, Lenovo, Dell, HP and many others. We are continually working on adding many more partnerships with all IT related companies. We have a rich history in the IT industry so let our experience work for your company.
